We are told that the standard budget for a targeted race in Haiti these days is $5 Million Dollars.  We need to make important budget decisions now that will impact our overall campaign strategy. Some are watching to see how much money we are able to raise early in the campaign to decide if they want to target our political movement for assistance. Any support we receive will send a very positive signal, and provide a firm foundation for the rest of the campaign.
